By accessing or using Editora Tools ("the Service"), operated by Solo Entity Group, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Permitted Use & Fair Usage
Editora Tools is provided free of charge for legitimate personal, educational, and commercial file transformation needs. Users are granted a fair daily allowance of 10 successful operations per day. You agree not to:
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bypass rate limits or overburden server capacity.
- Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, spyware, or illegal material.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our backend APIs or server infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights to the files you upload. Editora Tools claims no ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your user content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and processing precision, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Entity Group and Editora Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from file loss, data corruption, or service interruption.
